Please allow 4-6 weeks for the processing and delivery of your domestic order. Allow 8 weeks for international orders.

You can report your missed issue directly to Devo'Zine Online Services. Enter your e-mail address and your name and address when prompted. You will receive an e-mail reply from Online Services within two business days.

How do I change the address where my magazine is sent?

You can change your address by visiting our Devo'Zine Online Services area. Enter your e-mail address and your name and address as prompted. Then follow the links to change your address. You will receive an e-mail reply from Online Services within two business days.

How do I find the expiration date of my subscription?

Your expiration date is shown on the label of your magazine. You can also check your expiration date by visiting our Devo'Zine Online Services area. Enter your e-mail address and your name and address as prompted. Then follow the links to check the status of your account. You will receive an e-mail reply from Online Services within two business days.

I received another bill after I sent my check. What do I do?

Occasionally another bill will have been sent out before your check was received. If you have already sent your payment, please disregard the most recent bill received.

Yes, you can order gift subscriptions to Devo'Zine by mail, by phone (see information above), or online.

How do I find the expiration date of a gift subscription I ordered?

The expiration date is shown on the label of the magazine. If you do not have access to this information, call Upper Room customer service at 1 (800) 925-6847. Be sure to have the name and address (including zip code) of the gift recipient.

What other magazines do you publish?

The Upper Room publishes several magazines. The Upper Room daily devotional is published in the Regular Print Edition, the Large Print Edition, the Electronic Mail Edition, the Cassette Edition, and the Braille Edition. The Upper Room is available in Spanish as El Aposento AltoTM and in 44 languages in editions produced around the world.

The Upper Room® also publishes Pockets® magazine (for children), Alive Now® magazine, and Weavings® Journal.
